What You’ll Do As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the key point of contact for our clients, helping them achieve their business goals through strategic digital marketing solutions. You’ll take ownership of your client relationships, problem-solve on the go, and continuously find ways to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients receive top-notch service and support, while always striving for maximum satisfaction.
Resourcefulness & Autonomy: When faced with a challenge, you won’t just ask for help—you’ll find the solution. Whether it’s learning a new tool, understanding a client's needs, or solving an unexpected issue, you take initiative.
Relationship Building: Become a trusted partner to clients, building long-lasting relationships that drive both retention and growth.
Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign data to provide actionable recommendations that improve performance and ensure clients hit their goals.
Upsell & Retention: Strategically introduce clients to additional services to enhance their success while retaining their business.
Who You Are
Independent Problem-Solver: You excel at figuring things out and take initiative to learn and improve.
Digital Marketing Enthusiast: You have a strong interest in digital marketing, with experience in Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok ads.
Data-Driven Thinker: You enjoy analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategic recommendations based on insights.
Excellent Communicator: Your communication skills are top-notch, both written and verbal, and you know how to build strong relationships with clients.
Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment and understand the importance of working well with others to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in client success, account management, or digital marketing (fitness industry experience is a bonus).
Problem-Solving: You’re resourceful and find solutions independently without needing step‑by‑step guidance.
Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation software is a plus.
Strategic Thinker: You’re able to think long‑term, develop strategies for success, and execute on them effectively.

On-Track Earnings $59,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year CAD
