Key Responsibilities Patient Communication & CPAP Compliance
Communicate with patientsregardingCPAP usage, compliance requirements, and troubleshooting
Educate patients on the importance of therapy adherence and address common concerns
Document patient interactions accurately in the system
Coordinate follow-ups related to compliance and therapy progress
DME & Sleep Operations Support
Schedulesleep studies, sleep tests, and related appointments
ScheduleCPAP setup appointmentsand coordinate equipment delivery
ProcessDME resupply ordersaccurately andtimely
Assistwith counseling patients on equipment use and next steps (non-clinical)
Support administrative workflows related to DME and sleep services
Qualifications
Experience as aDME Specialist,Sleep Technician, orRespiratory Therapistpreferred
Strong understanding ofCPAP therapy and compliance requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable handling both patient-facing and administrative tasks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Background
Prior experience insleep medicineorDME operations
Familiarity with EHR systems and DME workflows
Experience coordinating sleep tests and CPAP setups
This is a full time role
Up to $6/hr
100% Remote
