Position Summary SFL’s Global Performance Department is now looking for highly organized and detail-oriented interns to support the management of its diverse portfolio of initiatives across the world.
As an intern, you will work closely with our team to develop new programs and create new projects across the world, as well as support staff in daily operations, aimed at enhancing our volunteers’ individual skills and overall performance. This part‑time position requires knowledge of the network and the organization, management skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. This role is entirely virtual and will report to the GPD staff.
Multiple interns are needed in the areas of: Data analysis, project management, educational programs development, and general operations. Please state your area of interest in your cover letter.
This position is project‑based and is limited to a six‑month (6) period agreement, with the possibility of extensions up to twelve months.
This is a non‑paid position.

Responsibilities
Support daily activities of core programs
Execute operative tasks related to ongoing projects or initiatives
Collaborate in the development of training and educational materials
Facilitate internal communications and support engagement with volunteers and staff
Manage documentation and data related to ongoing projects
Qualities of an Ideal Candidate
Excellent communication and soft skills
Creative approach to problem solving
Ability to be autonomous and entrepreneurial
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Google Suite
