Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. This is not a customer service role; it is a sales position focused on outbound performance and closing deals.
Position Overview This fully remote phone sales position requires experience selling and closing deals over the phone. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will call and educate homeowners about the benefits of solar, qualify them, and schedule free consultations for the outside sales team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience.
Tech savvy with strong computer skills.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is strongly preferred.
Sales mentality and strong, confident closing ability.
Ability to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performance.
Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence.
Strong time‑management and multitasking ability.
Reliable work ethic.
Schedules
Track 1: Thursday to Monday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Standard Shift)
Track 2: Friday to Tuesday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Please note that weekend availability is mandatory for both full‑time tracks.
Compensation Base Pay: Minimum hourly wage (state dependent) + commissions. $65,000 – $80,000 OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission)
