Solutions Architect (Service Cloud Voice) Buscamos un talentoso
Solutions Architect con experiencia en Service Cloud Voice (SCV)
para liderar el diseño de soluciones, la arquitectura y la implementación en proyectos complejos con enfoque al cliente. Este rol implicará facilitar talleres de descubrimiento, recopilar requisitos empresariales y técnicos, crear diseños de solución y supervisar la entrega, garantizando el alineamiento con las mejores prácticas y los objetivos empresariales.
Esta es una posición de contratista con una tarifa competitiva de 80–120 USD por hora, basada en experiencia y cualificaciones
What You Will Do
Lead discovery workshops to understand customer needs, identify user personas, and gather detailed requirements and user stories related to Service Cloud Voice (SCV)
Assess clients' current architecture and design scalable and optimized SCV solutions to enhance their field service operations
Develop solution designs that effectively communicate business value and secure stakeholder buy-in
Ensure user stories are well-defined and conduct quality reviews to maintain high implementation standards
Create proofs of concept (POCs) and demos to showcase FSL capabilities and best practices to clients
Provide technical guidance to the team, ensuring Salesforce best practices and industry standards are met or exceeded
Assess technical complexity and allocate appropriate resources to meet project requirements
Conduct design and code reviews to ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with Salesforce development guidelines
Manage release planning, DevOps governance, and deployment plans for FSL projects
Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing while collaborating with users for UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Write technical specifications for custom development and system integrations
Document build plans and delegate work to development team members
Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
5+ years of consulting experience, with expertise in designing enterprise applications
3+ years of experience working with Service Cloud
Experience with AWS is a MUST!
Strong Salesforce development skills, including Apex, SOQL, Flow, and other Salesforce tools
Proven ability to lead client requirements gathering and solution design sessions for complex implementations
Experience integrating third-party solutions with Salesforce
Proficiency in deploying and integrating Salesforce solutions using REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, testing frameworks, and release management best practices
Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

Deep understanding of field service operations, mobile workforce management, and scheduling optimization
Experience integrating FSL with ERP, IoT, or third-party scheduling tools
Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset to address complex field service challenges

Passion for discovering, learning, and implementing new technologies to improve field service efficiency
Ability to mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth
