Role & responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Indian market in line with ATRI Systems' global objectives.
Own and deliver annual sales targets with a focus on high-value enterprise accounts and technology-first customers.
Identify and create new revenue streams across verticals including Automotive, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Dfense, Transportation, etc
Client Acquisition & Account Management
Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure for product development, engineering services, and consulting solutions.
Cultivate C-level relationships with prospects and clients to position ATRI as a long-term strategic partner.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and SOW finalization.
Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing India-based sales and pre-sales team.
Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and continuous training to team members to exceed targets.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to refine go-to-market approaches.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, delivery, and product engineering teams to align customer needs with ATRIs offerings.
Preferred candidate profile
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
8+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with at least 2 years in a role managing large/strategic accounts.
Technical Acumen
Deep understanding of IT services, AI/ML platforms, IoT ecosystems, embedded software/hardware development, and cloud infrastructure.
Ability to engage in technical discussions and translate client needs into service opportunities.
Skills & Competencies
Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong network in India’s enterprise and mid-market segments.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-oriented approach.
