What We're Looking For We're hiring a Content Strategist who uses AI as their production engine.
Thinks strategically about content performance - you know what will work before you create it
Engineers AI systems to produce content - prompting and iteration skills, not manual writing from scratch
Evaluates brand authenticity - you can tell when AI output is on-brand vs. generic
Optimizes based on results - you're data-informed and constantly improving
Understands what great content looks like - even if you're not writing it yourself
Is a marketer first, AI engineer second, and writer third

What You'll Do
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to create strategic content across blogs, social, email, and campaigns
Engineer prompts and iterate on outputs to match client brand voices and tone perfectly
Analyze content performance and optimize strategy based on what's actually working
Collaborate with our design and strategy teams on integrated campaigns
Help build Savy's AI-augmented content approach as an early adopter
Focus on strategy and performance - let AI handle the production heavy lifting
You Should Have
3+ years in content marketing, digital marketing, or related field - or 1-2 years with strong AI content production experience and proven marketing instincts
Strong marketing intuition - you understand what makes content perform and why
AI curiosity and experimentation - you've been playing with ChatGPT/Claude and see the potential
Intellectual curiosity + technical aptitude - you learn new tools quickly and love figuring things out
High urgency and work ethic - you care about deadlines, quality, and client results
Strategic thinking - you see the bigger picture, not just execute tasks
Bonus Points
You've already been using AI tools for content creation in your current role
Experience with content performance analytics (engagement, conversions, ROI)
Agency experience and understanding of client dynamics
Traditional copywriting or editing background
