Qualifications
Experience using a Macbook & G‑Suite: Sheets, Forms, Doc, Drive.
Experience working within call center applications.
Availability to work between 8 am to 9 pm Eastern (shifts within this range).
Minimum 2‑3 years of working experience in a customer service or call center role.
High school degree or higher.
