Salesforce Associates
help with supporting a wide range of business processes, systems, and managed service projects. The ideal candidate has prior Salesforce consulting experience, and isn't afraid of a challenge. You will work closely with our team of consultants on a variety of clients and support tasks for our private sector clients.
Location requirement:
At this time, we are only considering candidates who are currently located in or able to work from the following states: Colorado, DC, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Leverage a strong understanding of Salesforce (multi-cloud) capabilities
Play an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the development team for a variety of different client needs
Perform ongoing Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, and data management
Implement and maintain customizations and enhancements as per client requirements
Proactively monitor Salesforce instances for health and performance issues and take necessary actions to ensure optimal system performance
Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolution and escalation when needed
Work with our clients and all stakeholders to build clear use cases
Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information; recommend leading practices; and present associated technical process components
1 - 5 years of relevant experience
1+ years of Salesforce configuration experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Ability to work on multiple client tickets while paying strict attention to detail
Experience in consulting required

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
This is a U.S.-based position. Candidates must currently reside in the United States.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this role both now or in the future.
Candidates will be required to verify U.S. residency and work authorization during the hiring process.
Final candidates may be required to participate in at least one in-person interview.
Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of one or more comprehensive background checks, conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
*For candidates located in Colorado, Illinois, New York, Maryland, and Washington DC, the salary range is $68,000 - $95,000, in compliance with state and local pay transparency laws. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including years of relevant experience and technical expertise. Compensation for candidates in other states may differ.
