A successful Merchandiser is passionate about the Anheuser-Busch brands, takes accountability to ensure Anheuser-Busch products are displayed in the best possible way to meet the needs of our consumers, and drives sales through impactful market execution./ppWe are seeking a motivated and reliable individual for a part-time position with the potential to convert into a full-time, long-term opportunity. The initial role will be a part-time assignment for the first 120 days, during which youll have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and contribute to the team. After successful completion of the probationary period, you will be considered for conversion to a permanent employee with full benefits./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliBuild and maintain Anheuser-Busch product displays/liliOrganize, rotate, and stock shelves at each assigned account/liliTransport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand truck)/liliInstall permanent new point of sale (POS) items in retail accounts/liliAssist in the daily upkeep of the POS Warehouse/liliManage account stockroom by organizing and consolidating backstock (product)/liliIdentify, monitor, and report backstock inventory levels/liliProperly secure damaged or defective product/liliFollow proper procedure for managing out of stocks at retail accounts/liliResponsible for daily paperwork and the proper completion of all Company documents/li/ulh3Job Qualifications/h3ulliMust be at least 18 years of age/liliHigh School Diploma or GED Required (no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)/liliValid Drivers License/liliMust have reliable personal vehicle with insurance/liliStrong customer service skills/liliAbility to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 180 lbs.
