Work to increase the Sales Team's net sales, both in property and insured funerals, to achieve a weekly sales plan. Achieve personal sales success, and contribute to the overall success of the Sales Team. Consistently prospect for potential customers. Responsibilities include: Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations. Presenting warmth, compassion, empathy, good manners, and diplomacy to grieving family members and potential customers. Scheduling meetings with prospective families daily, and assisting them in finalizing their pre-arrangement property plans with Rose Hills Company. Being a positive, supportive, and contributing member of your Sales Team, Sales Director, and the Company. Personally selling, at minimum, $25K Net in new property business quarterly by using the appropriate sales techniques. Completing and maintaining the Daily Activity Success Report and Daily Contact Planner, and reviewing with your Sales Director regularly. Ensuring that sales contracts and all required documentation are completed accurately, with proper signatures and dates, prior to submitting them to the Sales Director for review. Contacting customers within three weeks of contracting with them to verify receipt of their documents and answer any questions. Consistently meeting monthly and quarterly net sales quotas in your property sales. Noticeably improving by increasing your sales results. Tracking your monthly sales with your Sales Director and reviewing quarterly showing progress and your increased sales success. Completing the Company's New Counselor Training Program, and attending the Department Sales Training programs as scheduled. Seeking out, observing, and listening to the department's Sales Directors, and implementing best practices to bring you success in prospecting, presenting, and closing new property sales. Following your Personal Improvement Plan, written with your Sales Director's direction, created to show development needed, and by complying with the timelines for improvement. Supporting the Company core values and guidelines, and encouraging other Sales Counselors to do the same. Actively contributing to positive team morale and respect for the Company, for management, and for your fellow associates. Dealing diplomatically with interruptions, changing priorities, high volume of work (with accuracy), and deadlines. Being able to multi-task, set priorities, and organize work.
