Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative: Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email, and text. Handle inbound, prospect calls and convert into sales. Take orders over the phone and via email from clients. Creates purchase orders, quote prices, and helps outside salespeople with research on items customers are looking for. Establish friendly relations with existing customers and establish new customers. Requirements for Inside Sales Representative: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an Inside Sales role; with a manufacturing company a plus. Microsoft Word & Excel experience. Bilingual is a huge plus!
