To define and elevate the visual identity of the brand, the full-time Creative Design Lead will own and evolve the design system, create templates for marketing materials, and lead visual strategies for campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities
Own and build the TryHackMe design system and brand identity Create and evolve templates for paid ads, social content, email, and B2B sales materials Lead visual strategy for brand campaigns and product launches
Required qualifications
Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Experience building and managing brand systems or design libraries Portfolio showcasing clean, modern design across digital channels Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Growth Startup or scale-up experience is a plus
