The Opportunity As a Media Trader, you’ll join a dynamic programmatic media buying team and play a key role in the success of our clients’ campaigns. The Media Trader is ultimately responsible for setting up, executing, and optimizing campaigns, ensuring success and finding creative ways to give a “YES” to our clients.
Responsibilities
Maintain a deep understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into successful programmatic and social campaigns.
Utilize campaign and industry metrics for measurement.
Set up, manage, optimize, and provide insights, narrative and recommendations to drive performance.
Guide Associate Traders on campaign recommendations, modifications and education while collaborating with Senior Media Traders on large initiatives.
Execute campaigns flawlessly, provide direction and assign tasks to Associate Media Traders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
3‑5 years of hands‑on, in‑platform experience launching, testing, optimizing, and speaking to programmatic marketing campaigns.
Experience using The Trade Desk, Beeswax, Facebook, DV360, Adelphic, Campaign Manager, Simpli.fi, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Amazon, Snapchat, or TikTok.
Proven ability to work independently, multi‑task and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent analytics skills.
Strong project management abilities.
Confident and clear communication.
Willingness to exceed expectations.
Ability to meet travel and in‑person requirements (3‑4 times per year).
Location and Travel Brkthru operates as a fully remote company with occasional mandatory travel for training and off‑sites (4‑5 times per year). Candidates must reside within select metro areas to support in‑person collaboration.
