Key Responsibilities
Deliver and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions for Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing and Project Operations.
Deliver high-quality business and software application services to clients.
Create high-quality and sustainable client solutions.
Maintain a good technical background in Dynamics 365 CE Customization & Configuration and Power Platform.
Understand Dataverse security roles, field-level security, and environment governance.
Good to have: Design and extend model-driven apps, with exposure to canvas apps where required.
Good to have experience in Third-party Integrations and Azure Integrations (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus) and Portals.
Good to have experience in configuring build and release pipelines using YAML in Azure DevOps.
Experience with version control systems like GIT, build automation, and release management using Azure DevOps.
Enforce best practices for coding standards to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
Conduct code reviews to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve challenges in the development process.
Meet customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behavior.
Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally.
Always represent HSO in a professional and positive manner.
Advise customers on industry best practices in a proactive manner.
Certifications
PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven hands-on experience in CE Configuration, customization, standard workflows, Power Automate Flows, Dashboards, Model Driven App, Fetch XML, forms and views is a must.
Good communication skills and you are creative in solving problems.
Strong analytical skills and you are proactive.
Customer-oriented, not afraid of taking responsibility and able to work independently with less supervision.
