Management experience (minimum 2 years). 2+ years of PPC/SEM experience. Agency or similar experience preferred. Google Ads, Apple, Microsoft Advertising experience. Understanding of techniques to improve paid campaigns and drive ROI. Great analytical skills, able to identify trends and act on them. Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self‑motivation. A strong desire to learn and lead. Excel savvy. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a high‑pace environment. Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 3‑5 PPC consultants in their daily roles, ensuring that they are productive and following internal processes correctly. Hold weekly one‑on‑one meetings with team members. Work closely with the Head of PPC, reporting the status and plan for the activity. Work with different internal departments to ensure delivery of materials and new brands.
