We’re seeking a
Remote Pre-Litigation Case Manager
who embodies professionalism, consistency, and heart. If you’re looking for more than a job—and want your skills to truly matter—you may be the perfect fit.
If you do not have at least 5 years of solid experience in pre-litigation personal injury, or if your job history shows frequent moves, this is not the role for you.
But if you bring the experience, dedication, and integrity, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a full caseload of
pre-litigation auto accident cases
from start to finish
Help clients navigate their treatment, coordinate medical care, and handle property damage claims
Draft strong, fact-driven
settlement demands
and negotiate reductions on liens and medical bills
Keep cases moving forward with accountability and precision
Communicate with clients in
both Spanish and English
with empathy and clarity
Collaborate with attorneys and legal leadership while managing your time independently
Maintain the highest standards of
confidentiality, professionalism, and compassion
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in Spanish and English
(required)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
as a
Pre-Litigation Paralegal or Case Manager
handling auto accident injury cases
Strong communicator who is
personable, honest, and client-centered
Organized and results-driven with a proven ability to meet goals and move cases
Stable employment history —we are looking for long-term team members, not short-term placements
Comfortable working in a remote environment and committed to consistent performance and attendance

Compensation & Bonus Structure:
Competitive hourly rate or salary (based on experience)

Schedule & Location:
Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Fully remote
for qualified candidates who meet all requirements
