Advanced degree in Soil Science, Plant Science, Agronomy, or a related field. Experience in soil analysis, crop physiology, breeding, or plant management research. Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex scientific concepts. Familiarity with agricultural practices such as soil classification and crop productivity studies. High attention to detail with a rigorous approach to data review and validation. Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
