You will focus on post-sales client relationships related to user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention and account expansion opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, prioritizing candidates located in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C for this role. What you'll be doing
Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their goals and offering strategic solutions and optimizations to meet KPIs Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting Identify upsell opportunities and improve services through tool development, procedures and reports to increase efficiency Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing performance regularly Provide strategic thought leadership, acting as a strategic advisor to clients Participate in in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training sessions Travel up to 20% of the time What you'll bring to the table
6+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network) Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads or executing through a DSP as a self-serve user Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas Experience working with complex databases is a plus StackAdapt's Enjoy
