Role Description This is a remote, contract‑based position for a Registered Dietitian. In this role, you will provide customized nutritional counseling and medical nutrition therapy to diverse client populations. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include assessing patients’ nutritional needs, creating personalized nutrition plans, guiding clients in weight management, and promoting overall health and wellness through nutrition education. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and proactive engagement with clients to achieve their wellness goals are integral aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Expertise in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to provide professional guidance in these areas
Experience in Nutritional Counseling and Medical Nutrition Therapy, ensuring personalized and effective care for patients
Proficiency in creating strategies for Weight Management and implementing customized nutrition plans effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for one‑on‑one consultations
Relevant certification or license as a Registered Dietitian or equivalent
Ability to work independently and manage remote consultations efficiently
Experience in supporting diverse and underserved communities is a plus
Familiarity with a range of healthcare challenges including diabetes, hypertension, and women’s wellness is highly desirable
