Overview This role makes you the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, focusing on their satisfaction, strong relationships, and identifying risks to support client success.
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day client interactions and regular check‑ins.
Monitor client satisfaction and elevate concerns as needed.
Track updates and maintain accurate client records.
Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs.
Contribute to client retention efforts.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar client‑facing roles.
Understanding of software development or technology services.
Experience managing multiple accounts.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Advanced level of English.
