Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration, HVAC, and ultra-low equipment, providing field service, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The technician will also be expected to deliver excellent customer service to all clients.
Qualifications Skills in Maintenance & Repair, and general Maintenance Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service tasks Strong Customer Service skills Ability to work independently and remotely Relevant certifications or technical education in refrigeration, HVAC, or related fields Experience in industrial and commercial refrigeration services is a plus
