The Role As a Client Success Manager, you will be a strategic partner to our North American clients. You won’t just answer questions - you will act as a trusted consultant helping Asset Managers, Allocators, and Institutional Investors digitize proprietary research, ESG, and Operational Due Diligence (ODD) workflows. You will own relationships, drive adoption, and ensure our clients realize measurable value from the platform.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Onboarding: Lead implementations for new institutional clients and tailor configurations to complex diligence use cases.
Account Health & Retention: Monitor engagement, anticipate client needs across reporting cycles, and drive strong renewal outcomes.
Platform & Domain Expertise: Become a subject-matter expert on DiligenceVault capabilities including RFP, DDQ, and workflow automation.
Integration Consulting: Advise clients on API integrations and data connectivity.
Commercial Ownership: Manage renewals and partner with the Account Management Team to identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
Voice of the Client: Translate client feedback into actionable insights for our Product and Engineering teams.
Client Education: Deliver webinars, training, and best-practice sessions to promote adoption and community engagement.
What You Bring
Experience: 3 to 5 years in Customer/Client Success within FinTech/ InvestmentTech
Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with investment management (Asset Owners, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Consultants strongly preferred).
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of API integrations
SQL experience strongly preferred (for querying, reporting, and troubleshooting)
Executive Presence: Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders including COOs, CCOs, and Portfolio Managers.
Problem-Solver Mindset: Ability to diagnose issues, analyze workflows, and drive solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology, or related field.

: $90,000 to $105,000
