Location: Mexico. Remote position.
Responsibilities Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to obtain new tenants.
Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable and ensures smooth operations of the property.
Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases.
Collect rent, pay bills, schedule and keep track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals.
Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction.
Administrative Support
Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails.
Manage and organize digital files, receipts, and property documentation.
Process and track vendor invoices, receipts, and payments for accurate logging and classification.
File and organize property-related documentation (digital and physical).
Prepare and send correspondence, work orders, and notices.
Manage billing for active properties, including verifying charges and tracking open invoices.
Follow up on delinquent accounts and collect outstanding payments professionally.
Maintain detailed records in the CRM/management system.
Vendor & Task Coordination
Receive and log maintenance requests; assign and track work orders to field staff or vendors.
Communicate and confirm appointment times and task completions.
Follow up on pending invoices, payments, and vendor compliance items.
Maintain property status logs, project trackers, and open task lists.
Build and send accurate quotes, property agreements, invoices, and extensions.
Follow up on open quotes to close deals and strengthen customer relationships.
Operational Support
Assist with research for new vendors, suppliers, or local service providers.
Coordinate internal management calendars and property roll reporting to ensure follow-up deadlines are met.
Provide ad-hoc administrative and personal assistant support to management (calendar reminders, purchase coordination, digital filing).
Qualifications
Customer service or real estate sales background preferred.
Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members.
Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person.
Flexibility to attend emergency calls both evenings and weekends (if applicable).
Experience with collections and/or eviction processes in the state of California, as well as California Law knowledge.
English proficiency minimum (written and spoken): C1 or higher.
Experience working for US companies (at least 2 years).
Full-time availability.
Detail-oriented and resourceful, tech-savvy, structured.
Thrives on keeping systems organized while ensuring communication flows smoothly between the field and management.
Compensation Hourly rate: $10.
