Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business development and sales strategy, from market identification to deal closure
Drive enterprise and strategic account acquisition with a focus on long-term revenue growth
Identify and pursue new opportunities across IT services, digital transformation, and consulting engagements
Develop and present proposals, pitch decks, and RFP/RFI responses
Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, leadership, legal, and finance teams
Negotiate commercials, pricing models, and contracts
Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance through MIS and reporting tools
Represent the organization in senior-level client meetings and industry forums
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to shape go-to-market strategies

Strong expertise in
Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Account Management

Mandatory experience selling into
Europe and North America
markets
Proven experience in
IT services, fintech, enterprise solutions, or consulting firms
Hands‑on experience handling
large, complex enterprise or mid‑market deals
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Experience building and managing a
results‑driven team
Exposure to market development, client acquisition, and portfolio expansion
Proficiency in
MIS, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards
Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities
Analytical mindset with strong decision‑making skills
