The SafeStreets Field Ops Team is searching for an SSP with current or prior Team Captain experience to pioneer a new position within the Captain program. Lead Captains will be working closely with Field Ops Leadership, Business Performance Leaders, Team Captains, and SSP’s in which these individuals will manage and own the performance, morale, training, and ensure the proper tools are being utilized by the SSP within their assigned regions.
Position Responsibilities
Lead by example using every performance tool provided by the company and continuously broadcasting through communication channels how use of these tools creates more success in the Field
Responsible for the performance of 2 assigned regions
4 hours per day for 5 days of the week from a remote position will be required to focus on increasing performance metrics within 2 assigned regions
Lead Captain will be required to perform 1 install per day for 5 days of the week.
Work closely with Team Captain & BPL’s on agenda objectives to increase performance in his/her assigned regions.
Tracking each install for assigned regions and closely working with the Team Captain and SSPs within the region to coach, train and motivate.
Hosting weekly meetings to review performance with the Business Performance Manager as well as progress made by the Team Captain and SSP’s.
Conducting weekly national training calls with other Lead Captains to cover performance focused goals and agendas.
Driving contest agendas from start to finish.
Required
Ability to communicate effectively and to be an influential role model.
Can adapt to changes within the Company with a positive attitude
Has 6 months of experience in the Captain role.
Must meet minimum required performance metrics per company average over a 90 day period
1,000 Partner PEA
800 Overall PEA
Average of 1 installed referral/SGN per month in 2024
No inventory discrepancies or outstanding issues in last 90 days
Ability to multitask, to create clear and attainable goals, and ability to create and follow through with the daily actions that lead to achieving these goals
Be Accountable: When failing, be able to acknowledge failure, find reasons for the failure, create the action plans to reverse the failure and to regain the desired performance being seeked.
Will be Pro-U Trainer certified(preferred but not required to be currently)
