The ESL Instructor at Monglish International Academy is responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction using the innovative Mongi-Immerse methodology. This role involves teaching students of varying age groups and proficiency levels, focusing on developing their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in a dynamic and interactive environment. The ESL Instructor ensures that lessons are engaging, learner-centered, and aligned with the academy’s mission to provide immersive and practical language learning experiences.
Responsibilities
Lesson Planning and Delivery
Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring
Classroom Management
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and other professional development activities.
Communicate regularly with parents, students, and academic staff to address learning needs and progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
ESL teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TEFL, TESOL).
Proven experience teaching English as a second language to various age groups.
Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
Ability to create engaging and student-centered lessons.
Work Conditions
Online position
Full-Time Position:Schedule: 6days a week, 8 hours per day. (Summer Hours: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.) (Winter Hours: 1 p.m. to 9 p.m) (Teaching Load: Up to 5 hours per day)
The last 3 days of every month will be considered days off for all team members.
