Responsibilities
Lead M&A transactions from inception to closing
Conduct due diligence, build financial models, and develop marketing materials
Negotiate with sellers, buyers, attorneys, brokers, and capital providers
Manage business development expenses to ensure sustainability
Maintain the highest level of professionalism in all client interactions
Help guide strategic conversations around firm priorities and goals
Structure This is a performance‑based opportunity—there is no base salary. Managing Directors earn up to 90% commission on closed transactions under a shared‑cost model that covers operational and marketing support.
