Role & responsibilities
Achieve sales targets through effective planning, promotions, stock management, and client coordination.
Ensure strong operational execution through call cycle adherence, stock availability, shelf health, and store relationships.
Manage and develop teams through recruitment, coaching, performance management, and employee engagement.
Control budgets and expenses while ensuring financial compliance, reporting accuracy, and risk management.
Share market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and ensure effective communication with clients and field teams.
Build strong client and customer relationships through regular communication and timely issue resolution.
Maintain accurate administration, audits, reporting, asset management, and compliance with company policies.
