Providing day-to-day support for the distribution team, the full-time remote Sales Assistant, Client Services will manage sales materials preparation, inventory reporting, and title management while collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Clients. Key responsibilities
Prepare materials for launch meetings and support Sales Conference readiness Assist with weekly reporting and maintain seasonal print and bind dates Act as a point of contact for sales materials requests and track updates for internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive with strong follow-up skills Interest in publishing, sales, or client services Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
