Job Summary: We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategic product direction and help establish a high-performing product management function. This is a pivotal role for a leader who thrives on building structure — shaping product strategy, defining process discipline, and driving measurable business outcomes in a growing, fast-evolving organization. The Product Manager will own the “why” and “what” of the product — setting strategic vision, developing the business case, and defining client value. You will also help formalize the product management framework, improve collaboration with engineering and delivery teams, and ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable results.

You may be ideal if you have:
Education & Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience in a software or technology-focused organization preferred.
Strong foundation in product management principles with success leading products from concept through delivery.
Certification in Pragmatic Institute Foundations (or equivalent) preferred.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Aha!, Miro, Productboard, or similar.
Background in healthcare, payment integrity, or other regulated industries required.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and business acumen and the ability to connect product decisions to outcomes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and align diverse teams toward shared objectives.
Data-driven decision making with metrics, customer insights, and market data.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and delivery management in fast-paced environments.
Proven track record in developing, launching, and iterating products in evolving markets.
Responsibilities
Strategic Direction & Product Vision
Define and communicate the strategic vision and business objectives for the product portfolio (0–12 months).
Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals, regulatory priorities, and market needs.
Translate business objectives into actionable initiatives with traceability from strategy to execution.
Drive business case development for new initiatives, including value propositions, ROI, and success metrics.
Evolving the Product Management Function
Establish and improve product management practices, governance, and ownership clarity.
Mentor cross-functional teams in backlog prioritization, roadmap management, and value delivery.
Refine processes for product discovery, planning, and measurement.
Stakeholder Leadership & Collaboration
Serve as liaison between senior leadership, product teams, and client-facing functions; ensure visibility into progress and priorities.
Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Operations, Growth; collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams.
Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define and track product performance metrics (OKRs/KPIs).
Use data and customer insights to inform decisions and reprioritize as needed.
Conduct post-launch assessments and capture lessons learned to refine strategy.
Represent the voice of the customer and ensure value and user experience.
Stay current on market trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory changes.
