As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will successfully market State Farm products that truly help people manage their everyday risks and achieve their dreams. • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Must be able to obtain relevant licenses.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals preferred.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
