Executive Chef (Mediterranean) | Dallas, TX Executive Chef – Mediterranean Cuisine | Dallas, TX A leading culinary restaurant group is seeking an Executive Chef for its Dallas location. This is a confidential opportunity at a well-regarded full-service concept with a Mediterranean focus. What You'll Do: Direct all BOH operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and cost control Develop and execute seasonal menus in partnership with divisional leadership Lead BOH hiring, training, and employee development Oversee recipe costing, recipe book maintenance, and purchasing standards Conduct quarterly BOH operational audits What You'll Need: 5+ years of Executive Chef experience, preferably with a Mediterranean or similar cuisine background Strong team leadership and staff development skills Proficiency in BOH systems and operational management Benefits Include:
