Pay: $2,000.00 - $15,000.00 plus per month based on performance What you can expect: Our dynamic and successful team is on an exciting growth trajectory. To support your success, we provide a competitive compensation and benefit package that includes: Comprehensive factory training Reliable semi-monthly pay Paid Health insurance Paid Life insurance 401(k) matching upon one year of employment Employee discount An enticing referral program Your Responsibilities Prospect and follow up with all leads Walk the inventory daily Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs Work directly with customers to develop relationships helping to enhance the sales process Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers. Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities and reviews.
