Description: Overview: Our client is a fence and deck company, and has been serving Central Texas for more than 30 years with local family ownership. For this role, they are looking for an organized, customer service-minded Sales Coordinator to support their residential sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role bridges sales, production, and customer service - making you a vital hub of their business.
Key Responsibilities: • Handling day-to-day operations in assisting residential sales team members. • Processing customer payments- deposits & final invoice • Open, print and prepare job packets prior to going to production. • Verify accuracy of the new job packets. • Assist the sales process, assist residential sales staff, and schedule install dates. • Track Residential jobs through production- installation through completion. • Process Line Locates through Texas811 • Standard Administrative duties • Responsible for document handling, file making and other clerical duties necessary to assist the Residential sales team and office staff. • Answering incoming calls and transferring to appropriate employees.
