Based in California, New York, and Florida, our physician-led teams work in concert with our gynecologists, Naturopathic Medicine Doctors, curated local specialists, elite medical centers, and specialists around the world, to provide relationship focused, evidence-based, longitudinal care to our members and their families. Private Medical is, by design, privately held and free from any conflicts of interests.
Role Summary System Administrator I supports Private Medical’s SaaS platforms, security infrastructure in adherence to HIPAA protocols, and application integrations using API calls. This role resolves Tier 2 escalations, both in-person and remotely. SSO/SAML/OAuth management, administers Google Workspace and Okta, and assists with IT projects across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Administer user accounts, groups, and policies in Google Workspace and Okta.
Manage SaaS tools including Zoom, RingCentral, Salesforce, and Exclaimer.
Review and test SAML/SSO integrations for new applications.
Support Mosyle MDM workflows including device profiles, policies and app deployment.
Troubleshoot access, authentication, and provisioning issues escalated from Tier 1.
Escalate complex system issues to Systems Administrator II.
Collect requirements for new tools or workflows and support project planning.
Provide on‑site support 3 days per week within assigned region.
Travel as needed for org-wide project rollouts, network upgrades, and system maintenance.
Create, maintain system and workflow documentation in Confluence.
Draft end‑user communications for updates and new releases.
Requirements
4 of years in IT support and system administration
Must have advanced macOS, iOS, and Apple-related products proficiency
Basic knowledge of AWS and GCS
Admin experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and MDM's
Knowledge of OAuth/SSO provisioning
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work on‑site and travel when required
