A company is looking for a Web Content Specialist (Remote) responsible for technical support and management of client webstores. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve webstore issues, including checkout, payments, and product display Manage support tickets and ensure compliance with SLA targets Update webstore content and configurations, including product information and images
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in webstore support or ecommerce operations Experience with web-based platforms and content management systems Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or Zendesk Previous experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms is a plus
