Responsible for developing and deploying machine learning–based targeting products, including smart expansion, keyword targeting, auto targeting, and user lookalikes. Own end‑to‑end execution and continuous improvement of machine learning models to drive advertiser outcomes. Conduct offline and online experimentation of models to enhance product performance. Research, implement, test, and launch new deep‑learning architectures (e.g., GNNs, transformers, two‑tower models) focused on advertiser benefits. Drive technical roadmaps, lead day‑to‑day project execution, and contribute to team vision and strategy. Build and maintain large‑scale data systems, backend services, and product integrations. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders in product, engineering, research, and marketing. Telecommuting is an option; some travel to Reddit offices may be required. Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline and at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience. Benefits
