What You Bring
DVM with an active Arizona license (or eligibility) and solid small animal GP experience Clinical confidence in wellness, sick visits, and case management Interest in influencing medical standards, protocols, and quality of care Strong communicator who builds trust with clients and team members A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a positive, professional demeanor Interest in influencing medical standards and mentoring others Ability to manage a productive caseload with efficiency and integrity Collaborative, positive leader who leads by example and supports team culture
What we provide
Full-time position 4-day (40 hours) work week Dedicated technician assigned daily 2-4 procedures per surgery day Strong caseload of wellness, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery Most internal medicine cases can be managed in-house Excellent referral network for advanced cases
