Purpose of the role This position is embedded within the People team and collaborates closely with the wider Core Functions team and all areas of the firm.
As a key player in implementing the firm's People strategy, the role actively supports the success and growth of business units and the firm overall.
Working in partnership with the broader management team is essential to realising our vision and driving our ambitious growth plans.

Reporting to the Core Functions Director, this opportunity offers the chance to join a dynamic professional team and contribute across a broad spectrum of People initiatives and projects.

The right person will be eager to see the bigger picture and unafraid to ask insightful questions that uncover core issues, helping to shape and share our brand story through their work.
Responsibilities Contribute to the firm's People strategy by supporting business units with their day-to-day needs and preparing regular, meaningful People-related reports and metrics.
Build positive working relationships across business units to provide guidance on People policies, compliance requirements, and day-to-day queries.
Work with business units and the finance team on compensation and benefits activities such as salary review processes, benefit updates, and routine payroll-related tasks.
Support the coordination and delivery of the annual performance management process, including gathering benchmarking information, assisting with system updates, and helping employees navigate the process.
Assist the Talent Development Director with maintaining and improving the firm's performance management system and supporting business planning activities that help employees manage their career development.
Collaborate with business units on succession planning discussions and support the recruitment of experienced hires as part of the wider People team.
Contribute to the employee lifecycle by completing People Operations tasks and working closely with the People Consultant on administrative processes.
Support and lead on a range of HR and People initiatives, that improve employee experience and support organisational goals, while providing guidance to Business Partners and business units across all HR and employee relations matters.
About the ideal candidate The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: At least 3 years' experience in a similar role or environment CIPD qualified with ideally a formal HR qualification at primary degree and/or master's level; An understanding of Irish Employment Law; Experience of managing core processes including those relating to Talent Attraction and Retention, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, and Compensation and Benefits; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organisation Excellent project management and organisational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time A strong performer both as part of a team and on own initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail RSM is an equal opportunity employer.
