What You Will Bring to the Role: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, or a related discipline 3+ years of industry experience developing and deploying embedded control software algorithms Knowledge of Model-Based Design in MATLAB/Simulink Strong background in auto-code generation using Simulink Hands-on vehicle experience with data acquisition and analysis tools, such as ETAS INCA, Vehicle SPY, Vector, etc. Ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Sound problem-solving skills Excellenttime management, self-management, and organization skills Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and leadership skills Valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in aerospace engineering, computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, or a related discipline Proven track record in developing and deploying control algorithms in embedded control applications in the automotive industry Sound understanding of control theory and system dynamics Familiarity with electric vehicle systems and hybrid/conventional powertrains Experience with MCU application software architectures, including AUTOSAR
