Job Summary:
Join our growing logistics team in Salt Lake City, Utah, as an Order Picker! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. As an Order Picker, your primary responsibility will be accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders. This role is vital to our fulfillment process, ensuring that we meet customer demands promptly and accurately. Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret order pick tickets or use scanning devices to locate merchandise.
  • Retrieve correct items and quantities from designated warehouse locations.
  • Verify product information against order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring aisles are clear and products are properly stored.
  • Follow all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
  • Report any damaged or missing items to a supervisor immediately.
  • Meet daily picking quotas and quality standards.
  • Understand and support the broader logistics and distribution network.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or picking experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions and product labels.
  • Basic math skills for counting items.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for the duration of the shift.
  • Must be able to perform lifting tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following all safety procedures.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics operations is beneficial.
