Busy Bodies Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated *Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)* to join our growing clinic in Tyler. Our clinic is a therapist -owned, neurosensory-based practice designed to help children thrive through individualized, play-centered therapy . We serve children with a wide range of diagnoses/developmental needs, and we are deeply committed to partnering with families every step of the way. Our team of motivated and fun occupational, physical and speech therapists work together to create a close-knit community which prioritizes support, mentoring and education.
The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat children with various developmental, sensory, and physical challenges. This role emphasizes a holistic, family-centered approach, supporting not only the child but also empowering caregivers with tools and education.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide occupational therapy interventions in a sensory-rich environment
* Treat children with a variety of diagnoses, including (but not limited to) autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing challenges, developmental delays, and fine/gross motor deficits
* Collaborate with families to support carryover of skills at home
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s success
*Qualifications*
* Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current (or eligible) Texas OT license
* Experience in pediatrics preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Passion for working with children and supporting families

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
