Unbox the device (laptop) Power up the device and install Windows updates and drivers, install any required applications Install, move, add and change ( "IMAC") the device in ServiceNow. Re-box the devices Create shipping labels and fix to box Ship the devices to end-user Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool Qualifications

1+ years of experience installing Windows on laptops Must have excellent customer service skills Strong Windows 10 and MS 365 experience A+ certification is a plus If interested ; kindly share your updated resume with answers; Q1. How many years of EnterpriseDesktop Support experience do you have? Q2. Are you A+ certified? Q3. For submission, client needs MM/DD of Birth and last 4 of Social - please share. Q4.
