We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional engineering programs from planning through delivery. You'll work directly with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure projects are scoped, resourced, and shipped on time.

*Responsibilities*
* Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs across engineering and product teams
* Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
* Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
* Identify risks and blockers early — and remove them
* Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams
* Maintain clear communication between engineering, leadership, and stakeholders
* Track KPIs and report program status to executives
* Drive process improvements and establish engineering best practices
* Manage vendor and third-party integration timelines when needed

*Requirements*
* 3+ years of experience as a TPM, Project Manager, or Engineering Manager
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
* Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to translate technical requirements into business language and vice versa
* Experience managing multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar)
*Nice to Have*
* Background in logistics, healthcare, or SaaS
* Experience with mobile and API-driven platforms
* PMP or Scrum Master certification
* Russian or Spanish language skills
