Residential Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Residential Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of High End Residential Construction Projects for New Homes and Additions from Excavation to Certificate of Occupancy
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise Subcontractor's and Onsite personnel
• Coordinate Vendors, Subcontractors and Material Deliveries
• Interface with Clients, Subcontractors, Architects, Engineers, and Inspectors
• Confirm Budgets with Subcontractors to receive reasonable Change Orders if applicable
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience of at least (10) Years in Single Family Residential Construction Management
• Previous experience of at least (10) Years of Framing
• Blueprint Reading and implication to on site conditions
• Strong Problem Solving
• Full Experience with Software Spreadsheets
• Strong Leadership Qualities
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Strong Commination Skills
• Deadline and Detail-Oriented
• Valid NJ Drivers License
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
