Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Acquire and manage data from primary and secondary sources Maintain and monitor databases and data systems Clean, filter, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability Review reports and performance indicators to identify data or code issues Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns Apply statistical techniques to interpret results Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports Collaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven decisions Must-Have Skills: Data acquisition and data management experience Strong data cleaning and validation skills Experience analyzing complex data sets Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques Reporting and data interpretation experience Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication Ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences Strong time management and organizational skills Nice-to-Have: SQL or database query experience BI or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.) Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics Certs / Industry: None required Analytics, data, or statistics certifications are a plus Years of Experience: 3-5 years Degree: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
