This is a part-time position that allows you to self schedule. This position could lead to possible full-time employment.
State Home Care is a small family owned Medicare Certified Agency that has been in business in South Dakota for over 30 years.
Our area of specialization is Geriatric Home Health, and our office is located in downtown Hot Springs.
We provide exceptional care to our patients in Hot Springs and the surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized Physical Therapy to home health patients
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
-Valid Driver's License
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
Work Location: In person
