Senior Accountant

Established in 1973, with headquarters in Cork and 50+ office locations nationwide, we offer a range of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Agri-Consultancy, Financial and Business Advisory to a diversified portfolio of 30,000+ clients. We are seeking to hire a Senior Accountant/Manager in our Claremorris, Co. Mayo office.

• Managing the office day-to-day operations together with scheduling client assignments reporting to the Regional Manager
• Supervise and mentor junior staff
• Approving and management of office budgets
• Managing own block of clients annually and develop strong client relationships together with progressing the strategic growth strategy of the organisation
• Personal & Corporate Tax returns for farmers, businesses and companies
• Consultancy assignments
• Deliver client assignments in a timely and professional manner

• Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff
• Motivated self-starter with an ambition to continue progressing successfully your career
• Greater than 7 years post qualification experience in practice
• Experience managing office budgets
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experienced in all aspects of Irish Taxation
