This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing sales team while driving regional growth and building strong relationships with key customers. With a strong focus on coaching and field leadership, this role offers the chance to make a real commercial impact within a dynamic and growing business.
This is a full-time permanent position covering the North of the UK.

Ideal Requirements for the Regional Sales Manager
* Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Device - A solid background within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a related commercial environment, bringing valuable industry insight and credibility with healthcare customers.
* Proven Leadership in Sales Management - Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing sales teams, with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate individuals to consistently achieve ambitious region...
